Group Exercise Class Descriptions:

AOA FUNCTIONAL FITNESS  Active Older Adult (AOA) Functional Fitness focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a fitness ball. A chair for seated exercises or standing support.

BODYATTACK — is a high-energy fitness class with moves that combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercise such as push-ups and squats.

BODYCOMBAT — is a martial-inspired full-body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It is non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

BODYPUMP — is a weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories while enjoying motivating music.

CARDIO KICK-BOXING — Get fit and have fun while learning some martial arts kicks and punches.

CHAMPIONS TRAINING — challenges your muscular strength and endurance through cardiovascular movements. This total body workout is challenging and feels like you are training one-on-one with a private trainer.

CIRCUIT TRAINING — Cardio, strength, and agility. Fun and energetic class for all levels.

FAMILY ZUMBA — Create memories, have fun, and teach your children to learn Latin dance while working out and staying healthy. Children (any age) are welcomed with their guardian present.

COMBAT DANCE FUSION — A mix of BODYCOMBAT and Zumba.

GENTLE YOGA — A gentle form of yoga mixed with variations of different styles of yoga to build flexibility and strength.

LATIN ZUMBA — Learn the steps to salsa and bachata while burning calories and having fun!

POWER FLOW YOGA — A fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength, endurance and excellent for burning calories.

STRETCH & PRAISE/MAT — Come join us as we stretch and praise the entire body, build strength, increase flexibility while listening to Christian music. This class is a mix of yoga, pilates, asana, barre, and physical therapy stretches. (Bands, mats, and straps are used).

SLOW FLOW YOGA — A style of yoga that’s practiced at a slower pace, focuses on grounding and alignment. Poses are held in a meditative pace to emphasize peace and calm in mind and body.

SPIN — Indoor group cycling that’s fun and led by an instructor who guides you through a routine that varies in speed, resistance, and intensity.

WATER AEROBICS — Low impact, waist deep, and resistance training strength class that takes stress off the joints.

ZUMBA — Fun Latin dance workout that is a blast of calorie burning energizing, and inspiring movements!
