Swing for a Cause ⛳
By attending this special event, you’re doing more than supporting a cause—you’re changing lives. You’re giving a child the chance to experience a life-changing summer at camp, helping a working parent have access to a safe before- and after-school program, saving a life through our water safety programs, and inspiring the next young athlete through a Y sports program. Proceeds from this event directly support the YCares Financial Assistance Program, providing scholarships that make summer camp, sports, swim, and childcare accessible to families in our community.

The Legacy of Leonard 'Len' Sendelsky
We proudly honor beloved YMCA board member and community leader Leonard “Lenny” Sendelsky, who often shared how the Y shaped his life. A Perth Amboy native and second-generation builder, Lenny served on the Raritan Bay Area YMCA Board for over 50 years, helping guide our mission with dedication and heart. Today, we continue that legacy through YCARES Financial Assistance, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive—thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
