About NJ SNAP
The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is proud to connect Middlesex County neighbors to NJ SNAP. As a NJDHS-designated "SNAP Navigator," we offer free, confidential support to answer questions, screen for eligibility, and assist with applications. NJ SNAP is a nutrition assistance program to help individuals and families with low incomes buy the groceries they need to eat healthy with a benefits card accepted in most food retail stores and some farmers markets. Eligibility is determined by several factors, such as income and resources.
