RBAYMCA Masters & Triathlete Training

Members of our Masters program will be able to swim 4 days per week with help and training tips from our Y Coaches. Swimmers will be able to use any YMCA equipment as well as have access to workouts that emphasize stroke development, endurance and racing strategies. Support the team by purchasing your gear from Swim Outlet.

Coach on deck: Sundays 9:00am - 10:30am

Beginning March 7, 2019 on Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Practice: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 8:00am - 9:30am

  • Free Weights Room for weight lifting
  • Strength Room for a full-body workout
  • Conditioning Room for a full-body workout
  • Strength, Stretch & Cardio Room for a full-body workout

Please bring your own water bottle, yoga mat, or any equipment you may need for yourself.
