Families Fit Together Program

A FREE 14-week STRENGTHENING FAMILIES PROGRAM for Middlesex County families with children between the ages of 11–16 years. The Families Fit Together Program provides support to improve parent/child relationships, learn effective parenting skills, reduce behavioral concerns, improve school performance, substance abuse prevention and much more.

The Families Fit Together program is designed to create positive family change. It gives participants the opportunity and the tools to grow their relationships towards better communication, increased trust and overall better functioning. This program has helped often lead to increased positive school outcomes, stronger connection to the community and a diversion away from negative behaviors.

Please join us on Wednesday evenings to discover a path forward to a better understanding of your loved ones and an opportunity for a better future.
