Join the Fight Against Homelessness at the Raritan Bay Area YMCAs 8th Annual Ending Homelessness Fundraiser Dinner
Perth Amboy, NJ — The Raritan Bay Area YMCA will be hosting its 8th Annual Ending Homelessness Fundraiser Dinner on November 14, 2024 at The Armory Restaurant in Perth Amboy, NJ. For over a century, the Y has been a beacon of hope in the community, dedicated to providing critical support services to individuals and families throughout Middlesex County.
The Ending Homelessness Fundraiser Dinner is a powerful gathering that embodies unity and compassion. It's an opportunity to raise awareness, support a vital cause, and celebrate individuals in our community who champion the Y’s mission through their impactful work. The proceeds from this event directly support services such as affordable supportive housing, case management, the operation of a 2-1-1 physical access point, and so much more.
The Y’s commitment to ending homelessness is exemplified through the work done every day at their Center for Success, Support, and Prosperity located at 392 Smith Street in Perth Amboy, NJ. Dedicated case managers work tirelessly to assist families and individuals in navigating resources, benefits, and housing options. Their commitment to food security is evident through a bi-weekly food pantry and outreach efforts. Essential services, such as access to showers and the ability to receive mail, are provided daily.
As The Y continues to provide this much-needed support, they have recognized a growing demand for the services they provide and require resources to sustain this vital work. They invite the community to get involved and join them for an impactful evening on November 14th, 2024.
