VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Through volunteering at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact in the Perth Amboy and surrounding communities, meet great people, and grow! We have volunteering opportunities in four basic areas, program, service, governance and fundraising.
STAFF RESOURCES
Close to 200 employees work for the Raritan Bay Area YMCA throughout the course of a year. We're dedicated to providing easy access to some of the various web enabled tools and resources to help staff do their jobs and make decisions in their personal lives.
Exchange (yexchange.org) YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) is the national resource center for the nation’s YMCAs. Y-USA provides Exchange, the Y's knowledge-sharing website for ALL staff and volunteers at https://yexchange.org. It is designed to help you find the information, resources and connection you need to do your best work, advance in the Y as a cause-driven leader, and elevate the impact of the Y in our community. All eligible employees and their dependents may access our Y's customized micro site at https://ybenefits.org to access important medical, dental vision, life, LTD and employee assistance program (EAP) benefits enrollment information digitally, including enrollment forms, summary documents for each plan your Y offers, details about prescription coverage, and legal notices.

Training & Development Resources
We value our staff and the talents that they bring to our team. We use a combination of online and in-person training to familiarize staff with the mission of the Y and to learn to protect themselves and others while at the Y.
RiskManager.net
RiskManager.net is our online training provider (new hire/safety training). To access assigned courses visit http://training.riskmanager.net/login.aspx. Staff will receive an ID and password via email from riskmanager.net. Contact your supervisor for ID and password information if needed. The online system is easy to use, staff should contact contact RiskManager.net at support@RiskManager.net or (800) 649-1343. for questions and assistance.
