Youth Sports

Participation in youth sports provides fun, friendship, fitness and valuable lessons in teamwork and leadership. Sports Bugs

Ages: 3-5yrs  

Sports Bugs is an introduction to Sports Movement. The purpose of Sports Bugs  is to help build your child’s motor skills, hand eye coordination by having them play various sports and fitness activities that will help them become more physically coordinated all the while introducing the to sports movement and sports culture. Sports include Tee ball, Soccer, Basketball and other age appropriate sports. Games will be modified to suit children’s age as well as athletic and physical ability. 

 

Instructional Basketball 

Ages: 6-8yrs & 9-12yrs                                                                                                                                              

Learn the necessary skills to take your game to the next level. Instructor will teach passing, dribbling and shooting drills that will make you a true player. Learn how to play defense and command your offense.

 

Flag Football Clinic

Ages: 5-9yrs                                                                                                                   

We will host a one-day flag football clinic for boys and girls ages 5-9yrs. Instructional Soccer

Ages: 6-8yrs & 9-12yrs

Participants will gain skill enhancement as well as teamwork, sportsmanship, making new friends and having fun.

  
Junior Slam Basketball League 

Ages: 6-7yrs, 8-9yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs and 16-17yrs 

This 10-week instructional basketball league begins in January with two weeks of clinic time for participants to learn the skills and rules of the game. During the next eight weeks of league play, sportsmanship and fair play are emphasized, with all participants getting equal playing time.
