Unlike many other exercise centers, the Y's Wellness Center areas are open to children ages 12 and up when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Members can schedule an appointment with a personal trainer or wellness center staff member for an orientation for either themselves or their families. This orientation includes safety information, proper use of machines, benefits of exercise and healthy eating, and more. To sign up, see a member of the Wellness Center staff. Women ONLY Workout Room:
The Y's women only workout room is designed especially with women in mind. This room is located on the 2nd level of the Y and is for only for our female members between the hours of 6PM and 8PM Monday through Thursday nights. We offer several weight machines all enclosed in a quiet atmosphere, secluded from the rest of the facility. With female support and companionship from other members, as well as the staff, you’ll consider this not just a work out, but a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. In addition, we offer private showers in the Women’s Locker Room and we provide on-site child care in our child watch center for $1 per hour so you can rest assured that your child is having fun and staying safe during your workout.
BODYPUMP™ is a weights class for absolutley everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of reptition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

SilverSneakers® A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion & activities for daily life. Hand-held weights, SilverSneakers ball & elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.
ZUMBA is the fun Latin dance workout that is a blast of calorie burning energizing, and inspiring movements!
CHAMPIONS TRAINING challenges your muscular strength and endurnace through cardiovascular movements. This is a total body workout that is challenging and feels like you are training one-on-one with a private trainer.
Spinning simulates cycling on stationary bicycles, incorporating heart-rate training techniques and imagery such as hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.
Aqua Fitness is the perfect aqua class for all levels! A combination of low-impact aqua aerobics and muscle toning exercises set to fun energetic music. No swimming skills necessary.

Cross Fitness Training - Cross Fitness Training is a challenging yet rewarding training program structured around the 10 components of fitness: strength, stamina, endurance, accuracy, power, agility, balance, speed, coordination and flexibility. All workouts can be modified and are appropriate for all fitness levels. The program is distinctive in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, and constant training and practice with functional movements.SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS!
