Community Programs
Your Y works with various service organizations to provide educational activities that develop the necessary knowledge and skills to live a happy and healthy life.
Families Fit Together
The Families Fit Together Secondary Prevention Program provides Middle School students counseling, case management, and mentoring services which are a critical component of the program. The group sessions follow the Cultural Context Therapeutic Model and support for families. Our goal is to provide our youth and parents with a comprehensive support network and skills. As part of our goals, we continue to promote positive behavior in developing Y Leaders. For more information and to participate please contact us at 732.442.3632 or 732.877.4153.

We provide a three day a week after school program that offers juveniles the chance to gain important skills such as anger management, conflict resolution, gang and drug awareness and will be able to positively impact their own communities by participating in a Community Planning Project. Alianza provides information, referral and more intensive services for young adults with disabilities. Every family has different needs and we will design services to meet those needs. If you have a teen or young adult, (ages 16 and 21 years) with disabilities and need help, you may be concerned that your child will drop out of school or there may be other problems in the family which are challenging you. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
