Teen Exercise
Teens are welcome to use Y’s Wellness Center and attend all group exercise classes, it's a great way to sweat and have fun. Group personal training and Personal Exercise Programs are also available for teens.
Aquatics
As the largest provider of swim lessons in the country, we know our stuff. The Y offers group swim lessons for ages 6 months to adult, as well as private lessons, swim teams, Masters Swim, and more.
Dance
The Y dance programs are the perfect way for youth and teens to a lifelong appreciation of dance through ballet, tap, jazz, modern. For the adults, we've got great salsa and Zumba.
Martial Arts
The Y offers a range of martial arts classes that help develop discipline, self control, and strength for youth and adults alike.
Sports
For decades we've been offering high-quality athletics for youth and adults, focused on building not only sports skills but also character values and teamwork. Basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, and other team sports are available year round.
