CF Class: Each class runs for 1 hour. The classes will begin with a through warm-up that leads into skill work which pertains to the movements in the WOD (Workout Of the Day).

 

Open Gym: This is a time where you can come to the box and train without a class setting, for extra work, privates, mobility work or just to hang out! There will be a coach on site for  all Open Gym times!
